The Olaes Family donated the funds to build this GK Village in Cavite. Philippine National Oil Company donated the land.

Gawad Kalinga
San Diego Paraiso Village

In April 2007, Gawad Kalinga San Diego held a fundraiser for the San Diego Premier of the Gawad Kalinga Movie, "Paraiso". Donations from the event were used to build a Gawad Kalinga Village in Bulacan. Marlon & Brandi assisted in raising awareness throughout the City of San Diego for the event.

As guests of Tony Olaes, Marlon & Brandi had the pleasure to tour the village and meet these amazing people in July 2008.
Gawad Kalinga Cmdr. William McCool GK Village

This GK Village in Moncada, Tarlac was donated by the parents of Commander (Cmdr) William McCool. Cmdr. McCool was one of the astronauts who passed away in Challenger Space Shuttle crash on February 1, 1986. He was from San Diego, CA and married to a Filipina.
